The Joker is Batman’s most recognizable foe. Appearing in the very first issue the DC Comics Batman solo comic book. Throughout the years, many writers have portrayed the Joker in various forms and all have had him make some statements that, despite his villainy in Gotham, make him even more iconic in our minds. Here are, in my mind, the Top 10 Best Joker Quotes (in no particular order):

• “If the police expect to play against the Joker, they’d better be prepared to be dealt from the bottom of the deck!” – Batman #1
