If you are wondering if this debate changed my mind about voting for Evan McMullin and Mindy Fynn, sorry, still voting for them
I will say, it had a very awkward start with neither shaking the other’s hand until the debate ended.
Democrat Hillary Clinton, the liar, took on on Republican Donald J. Trump, the fraud, for Round 2 of the 2016 election debates.
As one pundit put it, “Who won? Hillary? Donald? Certainly not America.”
If I tell you about the debate in an unbiased way, I have to say that Trump definitely won. Like Hillary got under his skin in the first debate, he succeeded in getting under her skin. It was clear visibly.
Even though the moderators were clearly favoring her, giving her cues, telling the audience to quiet when they applauded Trump, and asking her easy questions (well, with a few exceptions), by her facial expressions and the fly that landed on her face, she was not having a very good night.
The best moment came, however, when that moment happened in the meme. Trump should have dropped the microphone and left the stage. Debate over. She never recovered from that.
I will say, the Vice President Debate was way more presidential. These two “top ticket” candidates argue like people in a Adam Sandler comedy. There’s just a lot of yelling, but no true points are being made.
As the GOP donors grow more frustrated with Trump, I can see how this debate might have put a band-aid on the situation, but it is only a matter of time before he slips up again.
He should be beating Hillary, his long time ally, at least three to one in the poll with all of her corruption and scandals, but he just keeps on giving more and more fodder to his opponents on both sides of the aisle.
That is my opinion of the debate. If you liked my political insights, share this article and subscribe for more articles like this one.
