Be A Hero: An Original Poem

Be A Hero

Sometimes there comes a moment, when you’re forced to make a stand,
but not for you, for your smaller brethren
Defend them well, defend the weak
Protect the small, protect the meek
Be a hero, be a hero
Be the one they look up to
There friends are small and few
Be a hero
Got a fist of iron, the other is steel
Guard them truly, do it for real
Stand up for them, protect their rights, even if the bully puts up a fight
Do it right, it’s not a joke
Even the score, then go for broke
Be a hero, be a hero
Be the one they look up to
There friends are small and few
Be a hero
Defend them well, defend the weak
Protect them all, you’re what they seek
A guardian to defend them
Be a hero, be a hero
Be the one they look up to
There friends are small and few
Be a hero
