StudioJake: #FreeTommy

This past weekend we celebrated Memorial Day. It was a day where most of the United States of America reflected on the sacrifice of our brave men and women in uniform who fight to keep us free. I dedicated the first part of this weekend’s episode of StudioJake to commemorate the holiday by listing ten patriotic films that really show our troops being courageous, showing valor, and sacrificing everything for a nation that they love. Check out that list on The Daily Wire.

Check it out below:

I also touch on the recent arrest of activist Tommy Robinson. To be clear, I am not endorsing everything that Tommy has said in the past or been a part of. That being said, this arrest is incredibly scary. The fact that the British government arrested him on a made-up charge, held a judge trial where no jury was present, forbid him to call his lawyer, lied to his friends about him being released, placed a gag order on the press, and then sent him to jail without a phone call shows how corrupt the United Kingdom has become.

Hopefully, this will be a wake-up call to the British people, who I think are good, to stand-up for freedom of speech, a free press, and their human rights.
