97- Tired of Batman Shows Without Batman?

All-star guest Rosemary Dewar joins StudioJake to talk about why DC Comics and Warner Bros. have decided to sideline Batman on the small screen. As a bonus, we’re also talking about why Disney is blaming bots for all of their all of their Star Wars woes.

You can watch the episode below:

So, Alfred is getting a show. The Kate Kane version of Batwoman is getting a show. The Dick, er I mean Rick, Grayson version of Robin is headlining the Titans show. Notice anything missing? Oh yeah BATMAN. The CW and Warner Bros. have already said there is no plans for adaption Batman after Gotham has ended. Disappointing.

That is right, a writer for the Marvel Comics posted some mean tweets and then got canned. It was a bit of an overreaction and the guy did not necessarily deserve to lose his job, but instead, Disney has already claimed that foreign bots are to blame. Seriously? They tried that excuse for the bad reactions to The Last Jedi. Spoiler alert, Luke dies and it is terrible.

Those are my thoughts. What did you think? Let me know in the comments below and tell me if you think it is time for a Batman television show.
