Music Review- The Piano Guys: Batman Evolution

The Piano Guys are a cover band and a YouTube sensation. They have produced several covers of your favorite theme music and songs. Armed with a cello and a piano, the musical group tackles the Guardian of Gotham in “Batman Evolution” from their album Wonders, which made it to the top 12 on Billboards.

Kicking off with the Batman theme from the 60s, you can almost hear Adam West humming along to this portion of the song. It then shifts gear to Danny Elfman’s theme to the Tim Burton film as well as Batman: TAS. This riveting composition still brings back memories. Last, but not least, the Hans Zimmer theme song prominent in The Dark Knight takes charge.

This is my favorite of their songs. Though that probably surprises no one. It is an excellent medley that welds the three songs together with precision. It is enjoyable and any Batman fan should download it.
