‘Gotham’ Teases Batman In New Poster

According to Cosmic Book News, the FOX television Batman prequel Gotham released a poster that shows what every fan of the Dark Knight has been waiting for since the show launched: the cape and cowl.

With the final two episodes of Gotham fast approaching, the team has shown a proto-version of The Joker fall into a vat of acid, Bane has arrived, the city has come under attack, and now Batman has officially been teased.

Check it out on Twitter:

Gotham has been an up-and-down series. The exaggeration of the Barbara Keene character was a down. The creation of Jeremiah and Jerome Valeska was an up. The Bane costume was a down. Bruce confronting his parents’ killer was an up. The early versions of Poison Ivy was a down, but her recreation in the last two seasons was an up.

Weighing the good with the bad, it has been a good show. I do think it was a misstep for them to not to air an episode the 80th Anniversary of Batman on March 31st and now we have to wait until mid-April to see how the show ends.
