Check Out This FIXED ‘Sonic The Hedgehog’ Film Trailer

For those of you as disappointed as I was in the trailer for Sonic The Hedgehog film adaption from Paramount, we finally have hope. A YouTuber named Artur Baranov, “fixed” the trailer by removing the grotesque, bizarre rendering of Sonic and inserted the classic design. It is pretty cool.

Check it out below:

Now, after the severe backlash from the original trailer, director Jeff Fowler announced that Sonic will go through a severe redesign, pushing the film back from its original November 2019 release date to February 2020. This is a good move on Paramount’s part. Hopefully, they will not go the way of Warner Bros. and double down on their DCEU mistakes and will instead actually listen to the fans of the classic SEGA videogame.

Now, I will say, I think Ben Schwartz is perfect to voice the role of Sonic. He’s got that kind of “cool dude with an attitude” vibe to him. Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik (I refuse to say ‘Eggman’), I’ll have to wait and see.
