StudioJake Talks ‘Joker’ And Halloween Films On The ‘Fighting The Void’ Podcast

I joined Ginger and Kystle for a very special Halloween episode of the ‘Fighting The Void’ podcast. It was exciting to be back and talk about the recently released Joker film as well as sharing our favorite scary movies and the most overrated horror films.

Krystle had not yet seen Joker, so Ginger and I danced around spoilers, so we would not give anything away. Both of us praised Joaquin Phoenix and while Ginger did not enjoy it as much as I did, we all three had a good time talking about fan theories.

Check out the episode below:

As for favorite horror films, I brought up Alien, The Sixth Sense, Se7en, and The Shining. Ginger brought up several films including Evil Dead 2 and Night Of The Living Dead. Krystle brought up The Conjuring, Psycho, and a few others including Leviathan and Deep Star Six.

For the most overrated horror films, I mention the 2010 (though I mistakenly said 2007) remake of The Wolf Man, starring Benicio del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, and Hugo Weaving.
